The 87 direct -bury spill container failed when tested and had a maximum capacity of three and a <br />half gallons. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br />containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue deposition of <br />petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD.
