Hwy 88 Lodi, CA 95240 <br />Program: UST <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />303 and 315. The 91 turbine sump sensor was near the top of the sump saddle and not located to detect <br />a leak at the earliest opportunity. The sensor wire was draped over the turbine which prevented the <br />sensor from reaching the lowest point of the sump. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able <br />to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. During the inspection, the technician repositioned <br />this sensor to the lowest point of the sump to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br />310. At least one gallon of liquid was removed from the dispenser 1/2 and 3/4 sumps. If water could <br />enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br />properly. Technician removed the liquid and added it to his test water container. Ensure that the UST <br />sumps are maintained free of liquid. <br />313. The 87 direct -bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br />capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />During the inspection, the technician replaced the drain and retested the bucket to pass. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by 5-24-12. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Received y: <br />Title: <br />Aris Cacapit (209) 468-3453 <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
