The access casing shall meet all of the following: <br />Designed and installed to allow the liquid to flow into the casing. <br />Sized to allow removal of collected liquid and able to withstand all anticipated applied <br />stresses. <br />Constructed of material that will not be structurally weakened. <br />Screened along entire vertical zone of permeable material. <br />Capable of preventing leakage of any hazardous substance from the casing. <br />Extend to the ground surface a covered with a locked waterproof cap. <br />Capable of meeting S.J. Co - HD Well Standards. <br />Leak interception and aion system shall prevent the leaked hazardous substance from <br />entering ground wa r. <br />14. INTERSTITIAL SPACE MONITORING <br />A.
