Cherokee, Lodi, Ca. <br />Dear Vidal and / or Steve: <br />Walton Engineering Inc. has contracted with Quik Stop Markets Inc. to complete some construction repair <br />modifications to their existing petroleum installation. <br />Scope of work at each site includes: 1.) Replace 2 existing 6 -hose dispensers and pans with 2 new <br />GILBARCO 3+0 (2) -hose blending dispensers with `CRIND' on new <br />`BRAVO BOX' dispenser pans. Minor piping connection modifications at <br />base of dispenser pans. <br />2.) Existing underground storage tanks to remain. <br />Please find the following materials attached: <br />1. Application / Fees in the amount of $1053.00 <br />2. (2) sets cut sheets <br />3. Site Health and Safety Plan <br />We wish to begin construction on Monday August 16 and be completed on Monday August 30, 1999. When <br />completed, we would greatly appreciate a copy of the Authority -to -Construct faxed to Walton Engineering, Inc. at: <br />(916) 373-1172 and then we will send a runner to physically pick-up the permit. <br />I appreciate your time and attention in this matter.
