If electrical penetration is added to UDC, a 24 hour lake test or its equivalent will be <br /> required to be witnessed by this office. <br /> 9. An"Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form(form C) <br /> shall be submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to(CCR) 2635(d)]before <br /> this upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br /> 10. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
