For all three tanks, fill component installed for containment sump was listed as yes, but field verification indicated no containment sumps for all three tanks. For 91 and diesel construction material of under dispenser containment, it is listed as steel when field verification indicated fiberglass. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD.
