00 OPW 61T FILL DROP TUBES Hie OPW 61T Drop Tube is installed in the fill riser pipe to an underground storage tank. It is designed 10 transfer product from the fill connection point (between the► delivery drop elbow and tight -fill adaptor) to within 6" (or per local requirements) of the bottom of the tank. This allows for submerged filling of the tank, resulting In a more efficient delivery flow rate while reducing the build-up of vapors or team in the tank. Ordering Specifications Drop Tube OPW 61TC COAXIAL FILL DROP TUBES The OPW 61TC Coaxial Drop Tube is designed to replace an OPW 61T Conventional Drop Tube when Stage I Vapor Recovery is required and a vapor recovery riser pipe is not available on the tank or would require excavation to the top of the lank. The 61TC is used in conjunction with OPW 633TC Coaxial Vapor Recovery Adaptors to return vapors to the tank truck, through one riser pipe, during a fuel delivery to an underground storage tank. The upper section of the 61TC is tapered to allow vapors to return to the tank truck through the interstitial space between the riser pipe and out- side wall of the drop tube. Simultaneously, product is delivered to the tank through the center of the 61TC. OPW 61TCP POPPETTED COAXIAL FILL DROP TUBES The OPW 61TCP Poppetted Coaxial Fill Drop Tube is similar to the 61TC, but is spring-loaded. When used in conjunction with the OPW 633TCP, the 61TCP acts as a poppet to close oft the vapor return side of the coaxial fill tube. Features: * .052" Thick Drop Tube Walls - Deter denting and damage to the tube upon installation or removal for long service life. * Various Lengths and Diameters - Accommodate a variety of tank diameters and fill riser pipe sizes. * Fully Welded Retaining Brackets - Ensure a secure installation in the riser pipe. * Three Centering Springs - Enable even flow of vapors back to the tank truck.
