The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br />applicable permits and requirements, <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice iF <br />required for inspection appointments). <br />• Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations <br />and the Health & Safety Code.
