The permit has been approved with the following conditions:
1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any
applicable permits and requirements.
2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to
commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones.
3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is
required for inspection appointments).
• Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that
monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations
and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that a cold start is necessary, a copy of the
alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the monitoring system and
made available at the time of EHD inspection.
Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD inspection
and approval.
4. If concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be performed on the
tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
