According to Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Section 2637 (b), this
testing must be performed at least once every 12 months. According to section 2636 (f)(4), you must
submit your pressurized line tightness test to this office annually (unless exempt under section 2635
(f)). Our files indicate your last monitoring certification, spill container, and leak detector test was
performed on September 12, 2003.
It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to schedule the required tests immediately or
further legal action may occur. Additionally, this office must be notified of the test date and time
48 hours prior to performing any of the above tests. Results from the above testing must be sent to
this office within 30 days of the test completion.
If you have any questions regarding this matter you may contact Dennis Catanyag, Senior REHS at
(209) 468-3459.
Thank you,
Dennis Catanyag, RENS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
