All primary containment must be product <br /> tight. Immediately discontinue use of failed piping and have a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br /> contractor replace or repair the failed piping under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the failed <br /> component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the Bio-diesel UST system may be <br /> red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> 4y,m <br /> 310 (Repeat). Liquid was observed in the STP sumps of diesel US-Fs(-- <br /> (Tank <br /> STsC(Tank 6 and Tank 5). If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, <br /> it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste <br /> determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the <br /> sumps are maintained free of liquid. <br /> 313 (Repeat). The diesel UST (Tank 5 and Tank 4) spill containers failed when tested. All spill <br /> containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill <br /> until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the <br /> component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit <br /> and inspection of the EHD.
