Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Secondary piping test for all product piping (diesel, 87 -octane, 91 -octane) in the <br />vicinity of UDC -11/12, UDC -13, UDC -14/15, and UDC -16: One hour pressure test for <br />all piping, per manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacturer's <br />guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an <br />industry code or engineering standard. <br />b. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC -11/12, UDC -13, UDC -14/15, and <br />UDC -16 <br />4. If concrete was broken near tanks, a secondary containment test must be performed on <br />the affected USTs once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />guidelines. <br />5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />
