All tank forms (except the oil water
separator) indicated that Audible/Visual alarms are utilized in addition to the Fill Tube Shut-Off Valve for overfill
protection. The oil water separator tank's form indicated that no spill container is installed and only Audible/Visual
alarms are utilized; a spill container and a fill tube shut-off valve only was present on this tank. Also, the onsite
technician indicated that no audible/visual alarms utilized for overfill protection could be located. Any change of
information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required
information, and submit for review by the EHD.
This is a Class 11 violation.
