One hour hydrostatic test(or equivalent) on the diesel direct bury spill <br /> container after concrete is poured. <br /> c. Verify the spill container has a minimum capacity of 5 gallons. <br /> d. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches <br /> below the top of the diesel direct bury spill container, regardless of the <br /> spill container's capacity. <br /> e. Test operation of the drain valve of the diesel direct bury spill container. <br /> 7. Since concrete will be broken over the UST, a third party tank secondary <br /> containment test(or equivalent)must be performed, once concrete is poured in <br /> accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by the <br /> EHD within seven days of returning the facility to operating condition. <br /> 8.
