Specification sheets for:
-Mechanical Lead Detector(Vaporless LDS-2000) (see enclosed manufacturer's cut sheet)
- Tank Installation and Test Instruction(see enclosed manufacturer's data)
-Dispenser Containment Sump (see enclosed manufacturer's cut sheet)
2. The inactive double-contained product siphon lines are terminated and capped inside the turbine
side containment sumps of the tanks for possible future reconfiguration of products stored.
There are no physical connections made to the tanks for these future lines. See details on Sheet
TK3-2.
3. The OPW ball float valves will not interfere with the siphon operation of the tanks. The ball
float valves are installed where the vent and Stage II vapor recovery headers connect to the top
of the tanks. Their function is to prevent the tanks from overfilling and prevent product from
flowing into these respective lines.
4. The exact configuration of the product, vent, and vapor recovery lines for this project are
represented in the Site Plan TK1-1. Detail No. 10 on Sheet TK3-2 shows a "typical piping
arrangement" at the tanks and is intended to be used as an additional guide for the installation
and is not site specific. It is permitted for the contractor to vary from the design as indicated
on the plans in terms of actual locations of piping runs as long as the intent of the design shown
is maintained. As-built information as required from the contractor in the field installation
varies from the design shown on Sheet TK1-1 and will be submitted upon project completion,
for your records, if you so require.
5. Detail No. 10 on Sheet TK3-2 and Detail No. 5 on Sheet TK4-2 have been revised (see
enclosed plans).
18215 72ND AVENUE SOUTH KENT,WA 98032 (425)251-6222 (425)251-8782 FAX
