Tog the dispenser "out of orderu until the liquid has been <br /> removed by authorized persons. <br /> ARCO RESPONSIBIlLITIES <br /> Method of removing an unauthorized release from the spill <br /> containment device. <br /> A. Any unauthorized release into the containment box will be <br /> removed by ARCO in accordance with California Health and <br /> Safety Code requirements. In the event of an emergency, a <br /> pumping contractor or truck will be available immediately. In <br /> allother cases, equipment availability will be within 12 hours. <br /> B. ARCO Maintenance will be responsible for authorizing and <br /> selecting contractors for the work to be performed. <br /> TRAINING <br /> All emplovees must be trained in the subject mentioned in Sections 3 <br /> and 4 above. Training needed for the operation of the dispenser <br /> containment devices shall include how to inspect the equipment and <br /> to manually close the dispenser impact valve. <br />
