Accordingly, a new permit application does not need to be submitted for these <br /> repairs and BP may proceed with the replacement of the three spill buckets under the <br /> authority of the August 5,2004,PTC. <br /> To summarize,this letter confirms following: <br /> • This letter serves as an amendment to the August 5, 2004,PTC for Phase I <br /> upgrades at this facility. <br /> • BP's vendor,Elite IV,will change out the 87 Master Fill East, 87 Siphon, and 91 <br /> Fill spill buckets on or before October 20,2004. <br /> • The replacement of the spill buckets is authorized by the PTC issued by your <br /> office on August 5,2004, as amended by this letter. <br /> • The make/model of the replacement spill buckets is Pomeco P511C-EVR. <br /> • All spill buckets will be tested after installation for compliance with applicable <br /> rules and regulations and the results of those tests will be forwarded to your <br /> office. <br /> • All other Phase I upgrades will be completed before the expiration of the August <br /> 5,2004,PTC'. <br /> With the transmittal of this letter,it is our understanding that the above-mentioned <br /> alleged violations associated with this routine inspection conducted on October 13, 2004 <br /> have been resolved.
