IcD <br />OCT 2 7 2006 <br />ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the inspection conducted by you on <br />October 5, 2006 at ARCO Facility No. 6347 located at 2430 Joe Pombo Parkway in Tracy, <br />California. <br />The inspection report stated that there were minor problems with the maintenance records and <br />spill containments at the site (Attachment A). The following is BP's response to the item noted <br />during the inspection on October 5, 2006. <br />• CCR 2632 (c)(2)(D) — Monitoring and response plan is current and filed with the local <br />agency <br />The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection, the inspector requested that the <br />monitoring and response plan (MRP) be updated to include the type of overfill protection at the <br />facility. <br />On September 28, 2006, a contractor, Belshire Environmental Services, Inc., submitted the <br />monitoring and response plan to the San Joaquin (via FedEx 626818135037943). <br />
