The work plan has been prepared in response to San Joaquin County, <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) permit requirements, and has been prepared in accordance with the <br /> San Joaquin permit to perform UST and fuel line upgrades. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Glacier Environmental Services will be performing fuel line upgrades and possible underground storage tank <br /> sump replacements at the sites mentioned above. During this time, SECOR proposes to collect soil samples and <br /> manage soil was generated during site activities. SECOR's proposed scope of work includes the following: <br /> Health and Safety Plan <br /> SECOR will prepare a site-specific health and safety plan. SECOR personnel and subcontractors on-site will be <br /> required to review the health and safety plan prior to commencement of field activities, and to comply with the <br /> guidelines established in the plan. <br />
