This new document management system was demonstrated in your office in March of 2015. As
an additional level of documentation, the current response plan was hand delivered to the location and
properly filed by the store's Designated Operator (DO).
Item 2: On your inspection report you noted the store's monitoring plan needed to be updated to reflect
the leak detector on the 89 product as a Vaporless LD2000.
Resolution 2: The store monitoring plan was updated to reflect the 89 leak detector as a Vaporless LD
2000 on 3/11/2016 and is available for review in CERS.
Item 3: On your inspection report you noted secondary containment testing was conducted late.
Resolution 3: After some research it was found that the drain plugs in the coaxial tee fittings, located in
the under dispenser containment, needed to be reinstalled so the testing could be performed. 7 -Eleven has
put provisions in place with both our maintenance contractors and tester to ensure this does not delay
testing in the future.
Item 4: On your inspection report you noted the store's DO included an inaccurate test date for the
secondary containment testing and requested they include all necessary information to reflect both test
dates.
Resolution 4: After review of the January and February DO reports, the DO noted the 2/10/2016 test date
in the comments field. This was necessary as the electronic system utilized for these inspections will only
accept one date for question 10 on the monthly report. Only one date was included on the December report
as only a testing work order was available at the time of the DO's inspection.
7 -Eleven, Inc.
P.O.
