Item 5: During your inspection you observed liquid in the 87 turbine sump and all three fill <br />sumps, and you requested it be removed. <br />Resolution 5: The liquid was confirmed removed by Walton Engineering on 3/25/2016. Photos <br />showing the liquid removed from each of the sumps are attached for your records. <br />Item 6: During your inspection you observed liquid and/or debris in the 89 and 91 spill buckets. <br />Resolution 6: All liquid and debris was removed by Tanknology during the testing that took place on the <br />day of your inspection. A photo of the 91 spill bucket is attached for your records. As you are aware, the <br />89 spill bucket was replaced by Walton Engineering. <br />Item 7: During your inspection the 89 spill bucket failed testing and you requested it be repair or <br />replaced, and retested. <br />Resolution 7: The 89 spill bucket was replaced by Walton Engineering on 3/7/2016. A copy of the work <br />order for the bucket replacement is attached for your records. <br />This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7 -Eleven assumes that all issues <br />regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
