Date: <br />10/19/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: ICC installer/retrofit, 02/07/19; NOV, 12/01/19; Incon, 09/09/18 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to observe and verify secondary piping soap test and hydrostatic testing on all 6 UDCs with associated impacted <br />piping. Secondary piping soap test passed. The 87 product line was held at 5.5 psi and the 91 product line was held at 6 psi for <br />one hour and the test passed. Verification of the pressure was observed at the farthest UDC and at the shrader valves on the <br />secondary test boot in the 87 and 91 STP sumps. The hydrostatic testing for all the UDC sumps were tested using Incon held <br />for 15 mins. The test passed. <br />Additional inspections are still required before facility can operate the underground storage tanks. <br />Note: a non hazardous manifest was submitted to EHD during inspection for the removal of old UDCs and associated piping. <br />Provide lab analytical/determination for disposal before final inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
