I am having the cardboard
tested for a hazwaste determination and will send results when I get them. All the liquid from the battery wash station is
the same. The poly tank and wash area is on a loop. It has already been disposed of so I am not sure what else I can
provide you. I have attached a recent hazwaste profile that is not for unused product. I have a call in to the previous
company that serviced the parts washer for profile, but they have not returned my call. I will forward the information
when I get it. I called DTSC regarding the filters in the blow down booth and was told that if I knew there were no
hazardous substances in the filters, the waste could go in the trash. The battery wash water had a hazwaste label on it
during storage. The reason for the discrepancy is because the profile had not come back. If you would please provide me
with information on how waste is to be labeled before a determination has been made.
Thank you,
Jamie Lima
Super Store Industries
Environmental Specialist
209-814-4432
2
