The property owner will need to consider relocating <br /> the well in order to provide a potable water source to the property that adheres to the San <br /> Joaquin County OWTS Standards. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are no existing septic systems at the subject property. <br /> The proposed septic system and leach field is planned to be installed in the eastern area <br /> of the property (Figure 2). The proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of a <br /> 1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments and two 55-foot long leach lines. Also, <br /> the septic system may potentially include one or more seepage pits. The septic system <br /> will be connected to the two-bedroom residence planned to be developed on the property <br /> and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are no existing septic systems at the subject property. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> One liquid waste septic permit is on file at the EHD. EHD Permit SR0065851 on record <br /> for 1901 Patterson Avenue, Stockton, California, indicates that a septic system was <br /> destroyed at the property in October 2012 (Appendix B). Except for EHD Permits <br /> SR0032598 and SR0065852 for well pump repair and out-of-service well, there are no <br /> other liquid waste permits on file for 1901 Patterson Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic wastewater repair permits on file at the EHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for residential land use. Several liquid waste permits <br /> are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the subject <br /> property. <br />
