The planned <br /> locations of the residence and new septic system are depicted in Figure 2. Additionally, <br /> the out-of-service domestic water well on the site may be used to provide a potable water <br /> service to the residence and property. No additional development is proposed for the <br /> property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 89 Page 09 depicts the site parcel (APN 089- <br /> 091-080) in the center of the page. The parcel is bordered to the east by Patterson <br /> Avenue followed by multiple-family residential property (089-092-22); to the north and <br /> west by single-family residential properties (089-091-06 and -07); and to the south by <br /> multiple-family residential property (089-091-10). The parcel vicinity map and a satellite <br /> overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been historically utilized for residential purposes. Prior to residential <br /> development, the property was likely used for light agricultural purposes. The property is <br /> situated in the central-eastern portion of San Joaquin County, approximately 3.5 miles <br /> east of the city limits of Stockton, California. <br /> The subject property is currently vacant. Based on EHD permit records, a small house <br /> and garage with a septic system and domestic water well formerly occupied the property. <br /> The house, garage, and septic system were destroyed in 2012, and the water well was <br /> capped and placed out-of-service in 2012. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> There is currently no potable water source providing water to the property. One out-of- <br /> service domestic water well is located on the property. EHD Well/Pump Permit No. <br /> SR0065852 dated October 2012 indicates the well is out-of-service but usable. The well <br /> construction details could not be ascertained, and the current condition of the well was <br /> not examined. <br /> The property owner is considering using the existing domestic water well to provide water <br /> to the property and the proposed residence.
