Review this email before you click!]
Hi Thomas,
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has several follow up questions based on the
7/22/2020 response. For your reference, I attached the document received.
The facility stated in the return to compliance that "Transmix transported to the Bradshaw Terminal was delivered to a
transmix tank. Product owners pick up their inventory at the Bradshaw truck rack for return to a refinery or transmix
processing facility."
1) Who are the product owners that go and pick up their inventory?
2) Are there any bills of lading from the past three years that can be provided to the EHD showing how much
transmix each owner transported from the Bradshaw facility, when the transport happened, and where the
transmix was taken to?
3) What was done with each gallon taken from the Bradshaw facility? Were they sent to be refined? Mixed into
another fuel?
Please provide a response by September 15. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank You,
John Alaniz
REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
2
