1.0 Introduction Version :27.10.4 <br /> The Facility shall revise the Plan for each change that may materially affect the response to a Worst <br /> Case Discharge, including: <br /> CONDITIONS REQUIRING CHANGES <br /> Material change in the Facility's spill prevention and emergency response <br /> procedures. <br /> Change in the Facility's configuration that materially alters the information <br /> included in the Plan. <br /> Change in the type of oil handled, stored, or transferred that materially alters <br /> the required response resources. <br /> Material change in capabilities of the Oil Spill Removal Organization(s) <br /> (OSROs)that provide equipment and personnel. <br /> Any other changes that materially affect the implementation of the Plan. <br /> A change in the name of the Oil Spill Removal Organization (OSRO). <br /> A change in the listings of economically important or environmentally <br /> sensitive areas identified in the applicable ACP in effect six (6) months prior <br /> to the plan review. <br /> Relocation or replacement of portions of the Facility (including the Pipeline) <br /> which in any way substantially affect the information included in the Plan, <br /> such as a change to the Worst Case Discharge Volume. <br /> Emergency response procedures. <br /> An extension of the existing pipeline or construction of a new pipeline in a <br /> response zone not covered by the previously approved plan. <br /> The qualified individual. <br /> A change in the NCP or an ACP that has significant impact on the <br /> equipment appropriate for response activities. <br /> OSHA 29 CFR 1910.38 Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Requirements <br /> Plan Review/Update Requirements <br /> The Facility must review the Plan with each employee covered by the Plan when: <br /> . An employee is assigned initially to a job; <br /> . An employee's responsibilities under the plan change; and <br /> .
