1.0 Introduction Version :27.10.4 <br /> RCRA Revision Requirements <br /> Whenever a change that may materially affect the Facility's RCRA Hazardous Waste Contingency <br /> Plan occurs, the Facility will be responsible for providing the appropriate revisions to the Plan. Such <br /> changes include but are not limited to: <br /> . The applicable federal and/or state regulations are revised; <br /> . The Plan fails in an emergency; <br /> . A change in the Facility's configuration occurs that materially increases the potential for fires, <br /> explosion, or releases of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents, or changes the <br /> response necessary in an emergency; <br /> • Changes occur to the list of emergency coordinates included in the Plan; and/or <br /> . Changes occur to the list of emergency equipment. <br /> Should no changes as mentioned above occur on an annual basis, the Facility will nevertheless <br /> undertake a review of the Plan to ensure that changes have not been made and that the Plan is still <br /> effective when responding to an emergency. <br /> The Facility will provide revisions of the Plan to the appropriate local agencies and medical <br /> organizations whenever the Plan is updated. <br /> Shell Supply and Distribution 1-5 Stockton Terminal FRP <br /> ©2019 Witt O' Brien's Revision Date:October, 2019 <br />
