Hazard Evaluation Version :27.10.4 <br /> CA HAZARD IDENTIFICATION <br /> Loading/Unloading of Transportation Vehicles <br /> The Facility conducts loading of tank trucks only (no rail or vessels operations). The Truck <br /> Rack may transfer 24 hours per day, seven (7) days a week. These operations are typically <br /> conducted as follows: <br /> TRUCK LOADING <br /> Loading Bays: <br /> Two (2) <br /> Loading Rate: <br /> 600 gpm (per loading arm) <br /> Truck Capacity: <br /> 9,000 gallons (maximum) <br /> Simultaneous Operations: <br /> Two (2) loading racks, One (1)truck at a time on each lane. Lane 3 is offloading <br /> Loads per day: <br /> 35 to 45 trucks per day (average) <br /> TRUCK UNLOADING <br /> Additives are unloaded periodically at the Facility across the truck rack. <br /> Bio-Diesel Fuel is unloaded at the Facility. <br /> Ethanol is unloaded at the Facility <br /> Storage Tank Fields <br /> Secondary Containment volumes for all bulk storage tanks are detailed on the "Hazard <br /> Identification Tanks" form located in this Appendix. The capacities are fully detailed in the <br /> Facility's SPCC Plan which is maintained separately at the Facility. <br /> Discharge Prevention <br /> The curbed concrete slab drains directly to slop tank #UG5. From there, drainage is <br /> transferred to slop tank #12 and then removed by truck. Overfill shutdown protection <br /> prevents spillage.
