E.Training and Drills Version :27.10.4 <br /> Training Records and Maintenance <br /> Training records for team members will be maintained at the Safety, Security, and Training <br /> Department. Please contact the Safety, Security, and Training Department with all training <br /> record requests. Records are maintained in accordance to Federal, State, and local <br /> government requirements. Records will be maintained for five (5) years as per the U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency. <br /> EA RESPONSE TEAM EXERCISES <br /> Company response personnel, government agencies, contractors, and other resources <br /> must participate in response exercises required by Federal, State, or local regulations and as <br /> detailed in the "National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (PREP) Guidelines." <br /> The Company will conduct announced and unannounced drills to maintain compliance. The <br /> following table lists the triennial exercise cycle for facilities (see PREP Guidelines for full <br /> details). <br /> TRIENNIAL CYCLE <br /> 12 Quarterly QI Notification Exercise <br /> 12 (optional) Quarterly Emergency Procedures Exercise <br /> 6 Semi-Annual Equipment Deployment Exercise (Facility- <br /> (Annually-DOT) owned equipment) <br /> 3 Annual Incident Management Team Exercise <br /> 3 Annual Equipment Deployment Exercise (facilities with <br /> OSRO-owned equipment) <br /> 3 Annual Unannounced Exercise (not a separate exercise) <br /> Actual response can be considered as an <br /> unannounced exercise. <br /> NOTE: All response plan components must be exercised at least once in the Cycle. <br /> Drills and exercises involving OSPR jurisdictional facilities will be coordinated with the CA <br /> OSPR Drill and Exercises Coordinator in accordance with CCR 14, Division 1, Subdivision <br /> 4, Chapter 3, Subchapter 3, Section 820.02(e), and documented in accordance with CCR <br /> 14, Division 1, Subdivision 4, Chapter 3, Subchapter 3, Section 820.020). <br /> Shell Supply and Distribution E-6 Stockton Terminal FRP <br /> ©2019 Witt O' Brien's Revision Date:October, 2019 <br />
