Regulatory Cross Reference Version :27.10.4 <br /> §265.50 -56ii& BRIEF DESCRIPTION LOCATION IN <br /> PLAN <br /> §265.50 -APP <br /> The regulations in this subpart apply to owners and operators of § 1.5 - Regulatory <br /> all hazardous waste facilities, except as 265.1 provides Compliance <br /> otherwise. <br /> (a) Each owner or operator must have a contingency plan for his § 1.1 - Plan <br /> facility.
