All such App. E documentation must be promptly made available to the Administrator upon request. 817.04(u) Drills and Exercises App. E Each plan shall describe the Inland Facility's drill and exercise program that meets the drills and exercises requirements of Section 820.02, to ensure that the elements of the plan will function during a spill. 820.02 Drills and Exercises ----- 820.02(a) Applicability: The Drills and Exercises requirements in this section ----- apply to the new Plan Holders under OSPR jurisdiction due to the passage of SB 861 (Chapter 35, Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review, Statues of 2014). 820.02(b) Drills and Exercises shall be designed to exercise either portions of ----- the contingency plan or the entire plan, and accomplish the applicable drill objectives required by this section. 820.02(b)(1) For Tier I Facilities: ----- 820.02(b)(1)(A) 1. A Tabletop Exercise (as defined in Section 815.05), announced App. E or unannounced, of SMT(s). 2. Any number of objectives as described in Subsection (f) may be tested. 3.
