Must be self motivated, detail oriented, and aware of surroundings <br /> 7. Must be friendly,professional, and use good communication skills in dealing with fellow painters and <br /> supervisors. <br /> 4. WORKING CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Position may require walking around the production floor several times a day, as necessary. <br /> 2. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. of paint <br /> 3. Must be proactive when consulting with supervisor, fellow employees, and customers. <br /> 4. It is your responsibility to stay productive at all times, communicate with your supervisor if all your__ <br /> duties are being met and cannot find something to do. <br /> 5.
