6.0 Filters,sticks and left over bags will be collected and allowed to dry before throwing into the garbage receptacle. <br /> 7.0 When painters are painting product and they have left over solvent paint,they are required as well,to put left over <br /> solvent paint into the 5 gallon drum located in the paint mixing room. <br /> 8.0 It is the responsibility of the painter to correctly convey&sort solvent based and water-based paint they used into the <br /> correct 5 gal bucket and turn the poly bags inside out. <br /> 9.0 It is the responsibility of the paint mixer to collect the solvent and water-based paints in the paint mixing room in <br /> separate 5 gal buckets. Convey the(two)5 gallon buckets and pours the paint into the drums located in the accumulation <br /> area. <br /> 10.0 At the end of each day the paint mixer needs to convey the unused paint from the paint mixing room to the correct drum <br /> located in the accumulation area outside in the berm area. (Drums will be labeled Solvent-Based&Water-Based) <br /> 10.1 Recording of daily paint usage <br /> 10.1.1 Document all information accurately and consistently of paint mixed;paint, catalyst, <br /> reducers,etcetera. <br /> 10.1.2 Documentation must include the following; <br /> 10.1.2.1Date <br /> 10.1.2.2Name <br /> 10.1.2.3 Job# <br /> 10.1.2.4Time <br /> 10.1.2.5Mixing Ratio <br /> 10.1.2.6Paint mfg <br /> 10.1.2.71'aint batch# <br /> 10.1.2.81'aint <br /> 10.1.2.9Amount <br /> 10.1.2.10 Catalyst <br /> 10.1.2.11 Reducer <br /> X With the exception of temperature and humidity, this will be recorded automatically with <br /> the new system's implementation. <br /> 10.2 Maintain Paint Inventory <br /> a. This will include the need to understand Premier's digital database <br /> b. Receive, store and record incoming paint. <br /> c. Determine what paints require special testing before put into inventory for use. <br /> d. Keep structured organized paint storage area which matches Premier's digital <br /> inventory. <br /> e. Maintain Premier's production paint chip/coupon inventory. <br /> f. File paint chips away and make sure we have at least 2 chips of the same color <br /> available at all times. <br /> g. Maintain inventory of paints used on a daily basis. <br /> h. Be aware of paint that is used for ongoing jobs to ensure we order it in a timely manner <br /> and don't run short. <br /> i. Make purchasing aware when paint needs to be reordered by utilizing the Production/ <br /> Supplies board located outside of the paint mixing room.
