(part 2 question)This form is great for our compliance going forward but to fix our violation would I email them this form and tell them I need one for every visit for the past three years or what? please give me a little direction on this I want to esolve this issue immediately and want it to be correct going forward.Thanks John! For each waste generated from a forklift, a complete hazardous waste determination needs to be completed. If the waste is hazardous waste, it needs to be managed according to Title 22 regulations. This form can be used for used oil and drained used oil filers. There are regulations that allow these two wastes to be hauled off without a hazardous waste manifest (following certain conditions).
