Good morning John, I've been working with Watts for the oil and oil filter disposal,to get the information you guys require us to have. Attached are my conversations with them and the files they have sent me. Will this suffice for you or do I need to push them to get more information? If this is not what you need which I'm pretty sure it's not, How do I word this to get them to understand what I need? Because they are not sending me the information I requested, which they may not have. In that case is there anything I can do to clear this on our end.
