In addition,the facility could only provide one disposal record <br /> (dated 6/17/2020)for used oil. According to the manager,Victor Torres, used oil is picked up 1-2 times a year. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 6/18/2017-6/18/2020 <br /> and maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement <br /> to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website.
