Violation #104 —No modified Contingency Plan. <br /> This Violation was completed on: July 1"2020 <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: We received a contingency plan form <br /> from John Alaniz. We filled it out and posted it next to the shop phones.A picture will be attached to <br /> show were it was posted and a copy of the Contingency Plan will be attached also. <br /> Violation #106 —Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures.: <br /> This violation was corrected by: July 91h 2020 <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Employees were trained on how to <br /> Identified, label and handle MRSH material. We trained them for 2 hours on Thursday July 9th from <br /> 3:OOPM-5:OOPM.Attached is a sing in sheet of our employees that handle this material that took part of <br /> this training. The Next training Class will be on Friday November 20th 2020 from 3:OOPM- 5:OOPM. <br /> Attached we will have a safety guide that we used on this training_ <br /> Updated Safety "ide for accumulation of Used Oil. We will update all employees of this change in <br /> accumulation. <br /> Violation #110 — Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three <br /> years. <br /> This violation will be corrected by : 7-20-2020 <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Observation 1: We failed to have Used Oil picked up by American Valley Waste Oil, Inc. for the years <br /> 2017, 2018 &2019. Do to the amount of Used Oil we Recovered not being significant enough for <br /> American Valley Waste Oil's equipment to suction into there containers. Had this issue do to the our cut <br /> in spending for inventory. During_ this his 2 past year we limited our company on how many ppliances we <br /> take in, Only buying product we know we are going to be able to repair and resale. This resulted on less <br /> appliances being recycled. This year we have a shortage of appliances, so we are buying more witch <br /> results on more appliances being Recycled. Do to COVID -19 our business has had to adapt to being <br /> able to work on a larger variety of gppliances, witch results on more waste build up. We will be more <br /> on top of things now, making sure that we are on time with our Inventorypick ups and paper work is <br /> filled and kept for at least 3 years. We also know now that the accumulation period is 180 days, we <br /> were not aware of this and tough it was the same 365 day accumulation period as the MRSH material. <br /> We have had the oil picked up on June 2020 and will have it picked up again in December 2020 to <br />
