The specific object of our site <br /> investigation is the AASF aircraft washpad and effluent treatment <br /> system. The Central Valley Region WQCB, lead agency for this <br /> project, has previously approved our site investigation workplan. <br /> Enclosed in this submittal is: <br /> • A copy of our approved site investigation workplan <br /> • Proposed boring and boring abandonment procedures <br /> • Completed "Application for Permit" forms, in triplicate, for <br /> the shallow, hand augerings we propose to complete. <br /> • Completed "Site Mitigation Acknowledgement/Request for <br /> Services Form" <br /> • Checks in the amount of $89 for boring permit fees and $159 <br /> for project review <br /> I trust the information contained in this submittal is sufficient <br /> for boring permit issuance.
