Since PFAS is not considered <br />as hazardous substances, there is currently no accumulation time limit for those IDW wastes. <br />Mr. Pierce asked why surface water samples are not being collected despite the CSM indicating a <br />potentially complete pathway. Dr. Packer stated that surface water samples are not included in the <br />investigation because evaluating surface water impacts becomes a compliance issue and is not <br />required for meeting the SI DQOs. Mr. Pierce suggested adding a sentence in the UFP-QAPP to explain <br />surface water samples are not being collected. <br />Mr. Pierskalla requested advanced notification of the field schedule for Stockton AASF, so he could <br />potentially join in a site visit.
