Jim Pinto added the accumulations start date, 11/19/19, at the <br /> time of inspection. Jim stated the facility's hazardous waste was last picked up for disposal on 11/19/2019 and that <br /> was the date that should have been written on the label by the hazardous waste hauler,World Oil. However, <br /> according to the facility's hazardous waste manifests,the most recent hazardous waste pick up for the disposal of <br /> waste bondo dust/debris was on 11/15/2019. <br /> H.A black 55-gallon steel drum, located just outside of the Body Shop,was labeled as hazardous waste bondo <br /> dust/debris and waste absorbents with accumulations start date 11/15/19, but stored two used metal oil filters and <br /> one used paper filter(IMG 9765-7).The hazardous waste label on the drum storing the filters was inaccurately <br /> marked with "Contents, Composition: Bondo Dust/Debris." <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with <br /> proper waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations <br /> and emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees.
