WCO23 <br /> Facility Address: 1166 S Wilson Way <br /> CERS ID: 10187579 <br /> Ms. Florido, <br /> Please see below and attached for information and supporting documentation regarding the <br /> alleged violation recorded in your inspection report for the June 29, 2020 Inspection at our HD <br /> Supply Construction Supply facility located at 1166 S Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205. <br /> Alleged Violation: #301 — Facility not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous <br /> waste— CCR 66262.34(d)(2) <br /> It was noted during the inspection that some water from a cooler leaked onto the concrete pad <br /> of the warehouse where it came into contact with a small amount of powdered Scofield Color <br /> Hardener, a colorant admixture for cementitious products. This mixture was promptly cleaned, <br /> containerized, labeled, and managed in accordance with California Hazardous Waste <br /> regulations, as well as HD Supply's Hazardous Waste Management Program. This material was <br /> contained on the secondary containment of the facility's concrete pad with no release into the <br /> environment, and it was removed prior to the completion of the inspection. <br /> All HD Supply associates who may come into contact with hazardous materials receive <br /> hazardous waste training initially upon hire and annually thereafter. In addition, each facility has <br /> two or more Designated Environmental Associates (DEAs) who receive advanced training on <br /> the management of hazardous waste and spill response. Each associate who receives basic <br /> hazardous waste training is instructed to notify a facility DEA immediately upon the discovery of <br />
