4 <br /> 29 October 2008 <br /> AGE-NC No. 04-1168 <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br /> Quarterly ground water monitoring was discontinued during the 2006 third quarter. <br /> AGE received an EHD directive letter,dated 13 March 2008,requiring the continuation of quarterly <br /> ground water monitoring and findings to be submitted for review within sixty days of completion <br /> of work Quarterly ground water monitoring recommenced on 25 March 2008(first quarter). The <br /> EHD was informed of this monitoring event taking place. On 12 May 2008, AGE published <br /> Quarterly Ground Water Monitoring Report - First Quarter 2008 which reported all 2008 first <br /> quarterly monitoring site activities,findings, conclusions, and recommendations. <br /> Quarterly ground water monitoring continued on 26 June 2008(second quarter).Utilizing site ground <br /> water monitoring wells, MW-1 through MW=3. On 03 October 2008, AGE published Quarterly <br /> Ground Water Monitoring Report-Second Quarter 2008 which reported all 2008 second quarterly <br /> monitoring site activities, findings, conclusions, and recommendations. <br /> Quarterly ground water monitoring continued on 26 September 2008(second quarter).Utilizing site <br /> ground water monitoring wells, MW-1 through MW-3. <br /> On 29 October 2008, 165 gallons of purge waste water from quarterly monitoring events was <br /> removed from site by American Valley Waste Oil, Inc. <br /> Advancer!GeoEnvironmental <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br />
