Item# 110 <br /> Failed to keep signed copy of manifest from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Manifest numbers 012285180FLE, 012285179FLE, 01536248JJK were emailed to you the day of the <br /> inspection. I will also attach to the return to compliance statement. <br /> Item# 111 <br /> Failed to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements. <br /> To keep track, I will set reminders on my calendar 45 and 60 days after the waste is picked up by ACT. I <br /> have also spoken with our ACT rep to ensure we receive a signed copy within 30 days of pick up. <br /> Item# 113 <br /> Failed to keep consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> I spoke with the Central Valley Lift Trucks Inc.They handle all of our forklift maintenance.They have <br /> provided template of the disposal log and has taken effect this year. Until now a log was not provided. <br /> We are working on a contract with Roger's Machining, they will now maintain our air compressors. <br /> Roger's Machining will provide a disposal log as well. <br /> Item#403 <br /> Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> One 5 gallon bucket containing use oil near the air compressor has been covered and labeled. It will be <br /> sent out to San Joaquin Household Hazardous Waste Consolidation Facility. <br /> 275 gallon tri wall box has been shipped out through ACT on 2/20/19.The replacement has a lid. Photo <br /> is attached. Lid will remain closed when material is not being added. <br /> Item#603 <br /> Failed to mark initial accumulation start date on satellite containers. <br /> Five 5 gal buckets in the used oil area were not labeled. Of the 5, two were full, one half full, and two <br /> empties. I have followed the recommendation to label with the start date of the date this Inspection <br /> Repot was received and will take to San Joaquin Household Hazardous Waste Consolidated Facility as <br /> soon as possible. <br /> Since we will soon be in contract with Roger's Machining for air compressor maintenance we will no <br /> longer need a used oil accumulation area. <br /> Item#605 <br /> Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of Hazardous Waste. <br /> Labels have been placed on the used oil buckets in the air compressor area and will be disposed of at <br /> San Joaquin Household Hazardous Waste Consolidation Facility. <br />
