The 5 Gallon bucket in the sand blast did have a label.A white hazardous waste label containing all of
the proper information is attached to the bucket. I did not black out the original label for the material
and it may have been perceived as the material label. Hazardous waste labels will always be place on
buckets containing hazardous waste in that area. The 15 gallon secondary containment has been
replaced with a locking lid plastic bin. Parts removed from the tank strip tanks and placed into the bin as
part of the process, when the bin is not in use the lid will be lock and once a week the contents will be
emptied into the hazardous waste bin.
Item#608
Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters.
Central Valley Lift Trucks, Inc will maintain a log.
Item#609
Failed to meet requirements for claimed excluded recyclable material.
We are resealing the all of the containers of sand. I am purchasing tarps for added coverage. We are
tagging each Barrel with all the necessary information needed to manage as Non-RCRA ERM (25143.2)
hazardous waste.
I am working with Kleen Blast to obtain all the information needed to satisfy the ERM requirements.
Once all information is obtained it will be submitted to you. If, we cannot satisfy the ERM requirements
we begin disposal into land-fill as hazards waste.
