Waterloo road: <br /> Stockton CA. A pallet dug into the dirt and uncovered pipe. The owner <br /> of'the lot contacted Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc. to investigate the possibility of a <br /> fuel tank. Jim Thorpe Oil dug down approximately 3 feet-and uncovered <br /> what-appeared to bean old fuel tank of approximately 354 gallons in size. <br /> (Jim Thorpe Oil was hired by the property owner-to remove the tank. This i <br /> was completed on September 16, 2004. The ground was tested for <br /> unknown fuels and tested positive. "See attached soil samples results). <br /> The tank was removed under the supe,rvision of SJHSFEHDA technician <br /> took soil samples from Geoanalytical Laboratories. The excavation was <br /> filled in with materials on site and-remains in that'condition at the time of <br /> this writing. <br /> k t <br /> h 5.
