S b N J 0 A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> MECCA EQUIPMENT 7030 S C E DIXON ST, STOCKTON August 13, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Heavy oily staining was observed underneath several machines throughout the facility. Saturated oily absorbent was <br /> observed on the ground throughout the facility. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility <br /> of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or <br /> the environment. Immediately clean the stains and absorbent off the ground and manage the waste according to <br /> Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste <br /> was managed. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> The following containers were observed open: <br /> In backyard area: <br /> -Three 5 gallon buckets containing used oil and oil filters <br /> -One blue 10 gallon bucket containing two fuel filters sitting on top of saturated absorbent <br /> In the main shop: <br /> -One white 55 gallon poly drum (3/4 full)containing used antifreeze had an open bung hole. <br /> -One white 5 gallon bucket containing used oil <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
