ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANKS AND COMPONENTS VISUAL INSPECTION Gill Express 1022 Frontage Road RI ) on , California 96366 This visual inspection report prepared at the request of: Name : Inderpal Singh Phone Number: ( 209) 599 =6662 Title : Manager 1 . 0 INTRODUCTION The Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) visual inspection was conducted in conformance with the Steel Tank Institute (STI ) Standard for the Inspection of Aboveground Storage Tanks , SP001 , 6t' Edition , issued January 2018 , and California Code of Regulations ( CCR) , Title 22 , Division 4 . 5 , Chapter 15 , Article 10 , Sections 66265 . 191 to 66265 . 202 . The STI certified inspectors who completed the ASTs inspections were Daniel K. Barber, P . E . , Level II , STI /SPFA inspector number AST- R802-04 , and Wesley P . Greenwood , P . G . , STI /SPFA inspector number AST. 1832 . The inspection findings are included with this report . We certify that we have visually inspected one ( 1 ) used oil AST , the AST appurtenances , and the ancillary equipment. Additionally , an enclosed steel containment structure surrounding the AST was visually inspected and point readings of the steel thickness of the secondary containment structure were obtained using an ultrasonic thickness testing gauge and dual element transducer. The used oil AST and the ancillary equipment were in operation during the visual inspection . The inspection was %ximpleted on November 26 , 2018 . Totes , drums , or other bulk containers were not included in this inspection . 2 . 0 FACILITY AND AST OVERVIEW Gill Express is located at 1022 Frontage Road , Ripon , San Joaquin County , California ( Facility) . The map coordinates of the Facility are latitude 37 . 7510890 north , longitude - 121 . 1385500 west . The Facility performs maintenance services , oil changes , and tire installations on commercial trucks . The Facility is located within a complex that provides various commercial truck related services . FIGURE 1 , VICINITY MAP shows the location of the Facility . FIGURE 2 , SITE PLAN shows the layout of the Facility and the location of the used oil AST . For the purposes of this visual inspection report , the used oil AST has been designated AST- 1 . A description of AST- 1 follows : • AST- 1 is a nominal 1 , 000-gallon , UL 142 listed , rectangular , welded steel , single-wall , storage tank located in a welded steel , enclosed secondary containment structure . The AST contains used oil . The AST is located directly adjacent to the northwest exterior wall of the Facility commercial truck maintenance shop . Gill Express Page 1 December 2018
