A generalized drawing of <br /> the AST and other documents received from Containment Solutions , Inc . related to the Facility <br /> AST and secondary containment structure are contained in ATTACHMENT C , <br /> ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK MANUFACTURER' S DRAWING AND OTHER <br /> DOCUMENTS . <br /> A Devon Industries® rolling used oil drain pan , part number E203-30 , collects used motor oil <br /> drained from commercial truck engines . The used oil drain pan is located above a mechanics <br /> pit with dimensions of 70 feet long by 404ches wide by 54- inches deep . The mechanics pit <br /> dimensions yield a spilled oil petroleum capacity of 7 , 854-gallons . There were no drains <br /> observed in the mechanic pit. Used oil spills generated by individual oil changes would be fully <br /> contained in the mechanics pit. A Devon Industries® description of the E203 series oil drain pan <br /> is contained in ATTACHMENT D, DEVON INDUSTRIES® ROLLING USED OIL DRAIN PAN <br /> DESCRIPTION . A manufacturing date for the rolling oil drain pan was not observed during the <br /> inspection . <br /> The rolling used oil drain pan is connected by a 0 . 754ch diameter flexible poly pipe to a Graco <br /> Husky 1050 pneumatic pump . The pneumatic pump manufacturer' s specification sheet is <br /> contained in ATTACHMENT E , GRACO® HUSKYTM 1050 PNEUMATIC PUMP <br /> SPECIFICATIONS . A manufacturing date was not observed on the pneumatic pump . A <br /> manufacture' s tag on the pneumatic pump had a part number of 647731 , and a serial number of <br /> A2011163 . Discharges generated by the pneumatic pump enter a 0 . 754ch flexible poly pipe <br /> that is connected to the AST . The pneumatic pump and the poly piping were observed while the <br /> pneumatic pump was in operation . The pneumatic pump and poly pipes were observed to <br /> operate normally and were free of any visible leaks . <br /> Compressed air is provided to the pneumatic pump and the air activated high liquid level shut- <br /> off valve and audible whistle by a 127-Gallon , Champion® Advantage Series TM air compressor. <br /> A manufacture' s tag on the air compressor listed the serial number of the compressor tank as <br /> 1005278 . A manufacturing date for the air compressor tank was listed as 2008 . The air <br /> compressor is equipped with a 10 Horse Power (HP) , Champion® R-Series reciprocating pump , <br /> model number CASRSAV4- 12ADV , 10HP . The manufacture' s tag listed the pump serial <br /> number as DMO185939 . There was no listed date on the manufacture' s tag for the <br /> reciprocating pump . Compressed air generated by the air compressor is directed to the <br /> pneumatic pump via a 0 . 75-inch braided pipe . ATTACHMENT F, CHAMPION® ADVANTAGE <br /> SERIESTm AIR COMPRESSOR BROCHURE contains manufacturer information regarding the <br /> air compressor. <br /> 4 . 0 PROSSESS FLOW <br /> Used oil is drained from commercial truck engines into a Devon Industries® rolling used oil drain <br /> pan . The used oil drain pan is connected by a 0 . 75- inch flexible poly pipe to a Graco® HuskyTM <br /> 1050 pneumatic pump . The pneumatic pump discharges the used oil via a 0 . 75- inch flexible <br /> poly pipe to the AST . The AST , when full , is pumped by a licensed oil recycling company , <br /> World Oil Environmental Services . Based on a review of the current used oil hazardous waste <br /> tag and manifests , the used oil in the AST is pumped by World Oil Environmental Services <br /> about every 7-days .
