• The results of the UST investigation did not indicate any anomaly which may be attributed to the presence of UST on the subject property. 6.2 Conclusions and Recommendations Based on the above findings (e.g., no detection of contaminants in soil samples), CRC concludes that it is unlikely the subject property has been adversely impacted by its former use as dry cleaning facilities. Additionally, no evidence was identified of the potential presence of USTs on the site. The presence of chloroform in the groundwater beneath the site may by due to an off-site source. Therefore, CRC recommends no further action or investigation in connection with the property at this time. CRC further recommends that a copy of this report be furnished to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS- EHD), pursuant to their request as a condition to obtaining a drilling permit. 7.0 ASSESSMENT LIMITATIONS The scope of this report is limited to the matters expressly covered.
